Crew Training International, Inc. Simulator/Platform Instructor in Mountain Home, Idaho
Education: Bachelors degree in aviation or related field.
Training and Experience: Previous experience as a F-15SG academic platform instructor. Technical knowledge to instructor/conduct all facets of F-15SG platform academics and integrated avionics/simulator training.
General Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills; handle multiple tasks; flexible in work assignments; and work with little to no supervision.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Security Clearance: Must have and maintain a security clearance of “Secret” or above.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Instructs and measures training process of students who train in the established aircrew training curriculum.
Conducts briefings and debriefings and counsels with student to develop and maintain a high level of proficiency.
Performs administrative duties relative to training; such as recordkeeping, monitoring student progress, counseling, training development and maintenance of training programs.
Maintains a high level of subject knowledge, capability and expertise.
Analyzes test items and cumulative data for trends, and performs basic trend analysis.
Maintains a thorough working knowledge of all applicable regulations, instructions, procedures, Technical Orders, and other publications as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
