Role Summary:

In this role, the Sr Implementation Consultant provides total client management for the Patient Classification Solution (PCS). This individual will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on best practices for implementing the Patient Classification Solution within the healthcare industry, identifying client goals, and developing strategies and processes that will support optimal use of the solution.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Establish effective client relationships amongst executives,managers, and staff from launch of engagement through systemadoption/maximization periods.

  • Work closely in an advisory capacity with the internal andclient leadership team

  • Assess strengths and vulnerabilities of existing operationalprocesses and practices; recommending software system configuration to maximizeoperational benefits

  • Facilitate strategic decision making related to incentiveapproach; facilitate problem solving related to the use of the software systemand corollary policies and practices

  • Balance multiple customer implementations simultaneously;provide continued strategic support through working with the client servicesmanager on client-specific recommendations

  • Support on-going client evaluation of goal achievement andstrategy revisions

  • Lead strategic design process necessary to implement GEproducts for hospital clients

  • Provide timely internal and external status reports for allassigned clients

  • Customize and deliver training to the nurse/healthcareleaders

  • Lead system workgroups related to incorporation of GEsolution use

  • Identify new function and feature ideas as input into theevolution of the product

  • Introduce new/enhanced system functionality

  • Analyze customers' business requirements and technologyobjectives; develops a project design to meet customers' business needs.

  • Technical aptitude to assist with Hl7, imports, and exports

  • Promote and maintains a high quality, professional,service-oriented company image among users.

  • Serve as liaison between the company and client in order toensure that all targets and requirements are met.

  • Monitor project deliverables and progress through continuouscommunication with project members.

  • Prepare reports on project progress and problems.

  • Participate in internal committees to represent Servicesteam.

  • Develop strategic planning management tools and resources asneeded.

  • Support in orientation of new team members.


Basic Qualifications:

  • RN Licensure/Certification Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of nursing experience andAssociates/Diploma in Nursing in lieu of Bachelor's degree

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be willing to travel 50-75%
