Position Details

Sales Development Reps (SDRs) are senior inside sales team members who are market, client and Clearwater experts. These experienced reps are capable of positively impacting and assisting with all facets of a sales opportunity from sourcing, all the way through to contract signature. Together an SDR and an Enterprise Closer will work together as a team. An ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has superior drive and problem-solving skills, in addition to industry knowledge of the Investment Management Market.

Responsibilities

  • Learn the Clearwater sales process

  • Work with Enterprise Closers to create and move the pipeline forward

  • Become an expert on the Clearwater system

  • Build new business opportunities to help grow revenue

  • Travel with Enterprise Closers

Requirements

  • History of crushing goals

  • Competitiveness – passion & drive

  • Persuasive, clear and concise communication

  • 4-year degree with a strong GPA

  • CPA or Investment Management/Analyst experience

Desired Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or accounting

  • 2-4 years prior sales experience within finance or accounting services arena

  • Experience with Salesforce; or CRM database
