St. Luke's Health System Revenue Cycle Supervisor - Payor Reimbursement Mgmt in Boise, Idaho
St. Luke’s Health System has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor of Revenue Cycle to join our team! The Revenue Cycle Supervisor is responsible for management of day to day operations in preparing, reviewing, auditing and processing accounts receivable transactions at a high level as well as acting as a resource to their team at a detailed level. Ability to organize and lead meetings within their own department as well as with partnering departments is essential. Strong skills in data analysis and trending of data needed for monitoring and assessing risk of current and potential workflows.
Candidates that will be most successful in this role are great communicators both with their direct reports and with upper management, have strong organizational skills, are motivated to mentor and coach team members to continue developing in their roles and have strengths in identifying and resolving workflow/ training opportunities by utilizing their knowledge as well as the team’s. Someone who is a great leader, with strong change management and process improvement skills will be highly successful in this role.
Education: Associates’ Degree or 2 years equivalent experience in lieu of Associates’ Degree
Experience: 4 years’ experience in the functional area or related experience
Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred
Knowledge of healthcare, EPIC EMR, and revenue cycle process is helpful but not required.
