Pacific Office Automation Receptionist/Dispatcher in Boise, Idaho

Overview

Our fast-paced office is seeking an exceptional individual for front office reception, administrative support work, and service dispatch assistance. Our ideal candidate will be energetic, computer literate, and have good telephone and customer service skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering multi-line phone system
  • Greeting visitors
  • Using basic computer applications
  • Communicating with customers, technicians and salespeople
  • Scheduling service calls

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years dispatch or related customer service experience
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work under fast-pace environments while maintaining accuracy
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Computer and costumer service skills
  • Prior experience in dispatch and/or administration assistance
