St. Luke's Health System Performance Improvement- Surgical Clinical Reviewer (RN) in Boise, Idaho

Overview

St. Luke’s Quality and Patient Safety is looking for a Surgical Clinical Reviewer/NSQIP Coordinator with a nursing, surgical services and quality background. As the Surgical Clinical Reviewer/NSQIP Coordinator, you are responsible for accurate collection, analysis and reporting of data as it relates to PI activities, including internal projects, i.e., Medical Staff Department indicators, St. Luke's process of peer review, ad hoc assignments, and internal/external reporting. You will coordinate and oversee an efficient system of data collection for NSQIP measurement and analysis, reporting, and improvement activities with follow-up. This position will support the Treasure Valley locations.

Required Criteria

  • Nursing Degree, BSN Preferred

  • Current license to practice as Registered Nurse in Idaho is required, with a minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience

  • Experience in the science of performance improvement and safety is strongly preferred along with surgical services expereince.
