Our staff is the reason for our outstanding reputation as both a quality employer and superior healthcare organization. We’re proud of our people who deliver skilled, compassionate care every day, and are looking to add dedicated individuals who will continue in the same tradition of excellence.
St. Luke’s nurses are among the very best in the United States. Our Boise and Meridian hospitals, St. Luke’s MSTI cancer centers, and Treasure Valley clinics are designated Magnet facilities — the gold standard for nursing excellence. At Magnet facilities, low nurse-to-patient ratios are the rule, which helps ensure that nurses have adequate time to give all patients the special care they deserve. This means our patients and their families receive award-winning care that is compassionate, patient-centered, and always reaching for a higher standard.
Our employees enjoy many benefits, some of the most popular are tuition reimbursement, hospital retirement contributions, and hospital-supported on-going training and education.
