Based near Boise, ID we are a growing Specialty Food Product manufacturer who consistently delivers unique solutions that achieve better results for our customers. Currently, we have an outstanding opportunity to add an Engineering Project Manager to our team.
What You Will Be Doing
Work closely with Senior management in the planning for all capital projects.
Develop timelines for the completion of all projects.
Negotiate with prospective vendors.
Hold vendors accountable for timelines and performance.
Possible design and implement scheduling of projects.
Strong Leadership skill in being able to meet or beat deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams.
Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What You Need for this Position
10+ years Controls/Manufacturing Engineering experience (Food Manufacturing preferred).
Proven expertise with Allen Bradley PLC Programming.
Proven experience with AutoCAD/3D Modeling (or similar CAD software).
Strong Technical Leadership (Supervisory/Manager) skills.
Excellent communication and written/computer skills.
