TAD PGS, INC. is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative Bilingual for one of our clients in Boise, ID .

Pay Rate : $14.10/hr.

Part Time: 20-25 hrs. weekly Job Description:

  • At least one (1) year of direct of experience in a call center environment-answering incoming calls, data entry into case files, general office duties, and analysis of data

  • Direct experience in human services, preferably case management, including knowledge of TAFI and food stamps is a plus

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all information

  • Intermediate skill level (knowledge and experience) in use of personal computers and data entry, as well as related software applications such as Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent customer service and telephone skills

  • Ability to multi-task including but not limited to speaking with customers and typing simultaneously

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to perform comfortably in a fast paced, deadline-oriented work environment; ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously; and ability to work as a team player, well as independently, including a track record of interacting with all levels of staff, management and/or government

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time

  • Preferred qualifications include bilingual capabilities

    Job Responsibilities:

  • Operates multi-line phone system, answers incoming telephone calls and performs other clerical duties proficiently and professionally

  • Provides basic E & T program information to customers and refers them to the appropriate internal or external resource

  • Assist customers with no-line program tools

  • Schedules appointments for customers, as needed

  • Responds to needs, questions, and concerns of internal and external customers

  • Maintains a positive, clean and friendly environment in the office

  • Enters data into the both MAXIMUS and Client programs, including notations on case file

  • Complies with current and updates policy and procedures

  • Responds to emails and phone calls routinely throughout the day

  • Provides administrative assistance to internal and external customers

  • Perform duties as assigned by management
