Overview of Job Function:

The Application Learning Consultant is responsible for providing a professional, creative, energetic and thorough educational experience for internal and external customers of Verint. The educational experience must enable the attendees to apply the lessons learned, implement the technology and put new policies into practice through effective change management processes to successfully meet their business goals as outlined in the delivery success criteria The person is expected to have the ability to present technical information in a manner that is easy to understand in a classroom or virtual setting.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

•Review the customer’s requirements prior to conducting training, confirm readiness with the customer’s project team, thoroughly prepare for the training engagement, conduct the training along with building the model specific to the customer’s needs as defined by Verint’s methodology, provide “best practice” guidance based on requirements, follow up on all open items and prepare required follow up documentation for each customer engagement.

•Gathers additional knowledge through exercises, enablement and industry best practice documentation with the ultimate aim at providing exceptional customer service to the client base.

•Assist in the development and assessment of product offerings and training materials along with providing constructive feedback on improvement opportunities in the delivery methodology.

•Collaborates with team and other department within Verint to promote higher utilization of our products, improve customer satisfaction and transfer knowledge.

Minimum Requirements:

•Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

•Three (3) years contact center industry experience

•Three (3) years proven experience with presentation skills and training clients on software solutions

•Thorough knowledge to utilize PC technology in an end user capacity with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues

•Fluent in English (oral and written)

•Self motivated and energetic team player with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team during the implementation process

•Proven ability to think creatively when applying solutions to a new and existing environment

•Experience translating model and business process knowledge to clients at all levels of the organization

•Proven ability to gain cooperation of others and proven leadership skills

•Motivated by constant change and new challenges

•Passionate self-starter with a high degree of integrity and organizational skills

•Ability to build relationships at all levels

•Ability to travel up to 90% of the time

•Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC and Social Security Verification.

Preferred Requirements:

•Workforce Management technology and concepts

•Recording and Quality Monitoring technology and concepts

•General understanding of Workforce Optimization solutions

•Direct experience with current version of Verint applications

•Experience on Implementation Project Team with focus on delivery key tasks with clearly defined success criteria and deadlines.

•Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese or French (oral and written)

•General understanding of networking technology, Microsoft Operating Systems, Database Management Systems and Cognos Reporting

•General understanding of ACD reporting and integration data flows
